When the homebyer is ready to search for a home and meets the requirements I will have the homebuyer to secure a pre-approval letter from a bank or qualified mortgage lender. The pre-approval letter states that the homebuyer has been approved for a mortgage loan from that particular lender. To qualify for pre-approval, the lender needs to see proof of income, bank account statements, savings account information and credit reports to determine the homebuyer’s buying power.
Pre-approval letters are more reliable than pre-qualification letters. Although everyone has access to MLS listings, I am experienced and as a professional I know how to search the database to find the best homes within the buyer’s price range. I will negotiate on behalf of my buyers to ensure they get the best price and some if not all Closing costs paid. You will see results within 30 to 90 business days. We follow up with all our clients with each round of disputes every 35 days to discuss results and the next steps.
